These high-protein snacks are deliciously more-ish to munch on as they are, or thrown onto an antipasti platter for an original substitution to your standard crackers. Method
- Preheat the oven to 180°
- In a bowl, combine the almond flour, rice flour, salt, and sesame seeds
- In another bowl, whisk together the grapeseed oil and eggs
- Stir the wet ingredients into the flour until combined
- Place the dough between 2 sheets of baking paper and roll to about 5mm thickness
- Using a cookie cutter, cut out squares and place on a separate piece of baking paper
- Place the baking paper with crackers onto a baking tray
- Bake for 13 minutes, or until lightly golden
- Let the crackers cool on the baking tray before serving
