Health
Good health is an overall state of wellness on all levels of your being; physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Approaching our health holistically doesn’t mean that we have to exclusively choose between ‘alternative’ or ‘conventional’ medicine practices. Both have their valid place and deserve respect. When it comes to your health, I encourage unison, an open mind, educated choices, realistic goals, flexibility, balance and seeking professional advice.
